Data controller: Ideal Vision AB, Hedemora, Sweden. We process the details you submit to answer enquiries, provide requested conversation copies, arrange product walkthroughs and administer early access. We do not sell personal data.

Norda Product Guide is an AI assistant. Its primary compute and separate product-guide database are located in Stockholm through Vercel and Supabase. Messages are also processed by the configured moderation and model providers, currently OpenAI and OpenRouter with data-minimising settings. Email delivery is handled by the configured email provider. The assistant has no technical access to Norda customer accounts, the application database or bookkeeping data.

Do not enter personal identity numbers, vouchers, customer lists or other sensitive bookkeeping data in the public chat. We moderate traffic and keep security metadata without storing raw IP addresses.

Anonymous conversations are deleted after 30 days. Verified contact and follow-up details are deleted after 180 days. Email verification links expire after 30 minutes.

The chat session cookie is strictly necessary for security and continuity and is not used for advertising. We do not use chat content for cross-site tracking.

Depending on the processing, our legal basis is taking steps at your request or legitimate interests in answering product questions and protecting the service.

To request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion, email support@nordaekonomi.se. You may also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Processor and international-transfer details are reviewed before public launch.
